Since its creation in 1996, ACTOLL has been developing information systems used by motorway and urban tolls and by public transport ticket dispenser technologies. With its extensive knowledge and experience in contactless technology, ACTOLL prepared the pilot implementation for contactless donation payments for the Catholic Church in Paris, France. ACTOLL chose to partner with ID TECH on this unique project that required a small one-piece fully certified contactless payment unit for church donations.
