Return / Request RMA

Expert support and service is available for all ID TECH products. For your convenience, ID TECH provides a Web-based Return Materials Authorization (RMA) form. Please complete the form, providing a brief description of the problem and as much information as you can. Please include:

- The name and address of your company

- Contact name

- Telephone number

- Email Address

- Your original purchase order number

- Your ID TECH invoice number

- Model

- Serial Number(s)

Our support staff will review the information, then contact you to suggest a solution or request further information. If diagnostic work or a repair is necessary, we'll issue an number. Please be sure the number is on the outside of the package when you return the product.
